Bulletproof coffee with cinnamon

Don't let the name fool you, this is more than your regular everyday cup of joe. Adding butter to your coffee also adds a dose of healthy fats.

One thing that's a must for me every morning is a good cup of coffee. Not only does it help with the grogginess from the taxing events many of us are facing at the moment, but also it helps me get focused to prep my day. Like many of us in the world, we're working from home. Our daily routine has shifted and for most of us, it's hard to stay focused. One drink that is very popular with clients who follow the keto and paleo diet is the bulletproof coffee. It's sure to put a pep in your step and hopefully brighten up your day.
TIPS:
You can add in your favorite chocolate protein powder, stevia, cocoa powder, MCT oil, or heavy whipping cream for a tasty customized drink. Just remember to add in the additional nutritional info if you're counting macros or using MyFitnessPal.
You can also add a pinch of pink sea salt for a less bitter tasting coffee.

Ingredients: 1 cup hot brewed coffee 1 Tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
